Founder & CEO
Alexandra Pohl
Alexandra Pohl founded LimeStone on a single conviction: that land, entitled with discipline and held with patience, is the most durable real asset an investor can own.
Raised in a real-estate family, Alexandra built an operating career defined by precision and systems thinking. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science and earned an MBA in Global Business Management. A Hall of Fame NAIA Division I dual-sport athlete and lifelong martial artist, she brings the same discipline to capital allocation that she brought to competition.
Before founding LimeStone, Alexandra spent more than seven years inside Toyota and Danfoss, where she absorbed the lean and Toyota Production System methodologies that shape the firm's operating model today. She then spent more than eight years in senior United States federal leadership focused on infrastructure and regulatory programs, directing more than $300M in development and capital programs. Outside the firm, she is a committed supporter of animal rescue.

President
Leads firm-wide strategy, capital formation, and platform execution across all eight funds. Partners with the Founder & CEO to scale the land acquisition and entitlement enterprise across the Sun Belt.
VP of Land Acquisitions
Sources, underwrites, and negotiates path-of-growth land positions across priority Sun Belt markets. Builds and maintains a proprietary pipeline of off-market parcels aligned to the firm's entitlement thesis.
VP of Entitlement & Development
Owns the entitlement lifecycle from rezoning through platting and site delivery. Coordinates municipal approvals, engineering, and horizontal development to unlock value on assembled land.
VP of Land Development & Entitlement
Directs horizontal development execution and entitlement strategy on active projects. Manages consultants, budgets, and municipal timelines to move parcels from raw land to build-ready inventory.
Director of Turnaround & Operations
Drives operational performance and value recovery across the platform's holdings. Applies lean methodology to underperforming positions and standardizes execution across the portfolio.
Director of Acquisitions & Corporate Development
Leads corporate development, platform-level acquisitions, and capital markets initiatives. Evaluates strategic land portfolios and structures transactions that expand the firm's Sun Belt footprint.
Director of Integration (M&A)
Manages post-transaction integration for acquired land portfolios and operating teams. Ensures acquired assets are absorbed cleanly into the firm's entitlement and capital-management systems.
Director of Project Controls & Capex
Owns project budgeting, cost controls, and capital expenditure governance across development programs. Builds reporting that ties capex deployment to entitlement milestones and fund performance.
Director of Civil Engineering
Leads civil engineering design and review for land development and infrastructure delivery. Coordinates grading, utilities, and site work to advance parcels toward entitlement and vertical readiness.
Director of Finance
Directs fund finance, treasury, and financial planning across the investment platform. Partners with investor relations and capital markets on reporting, forecasting, and capital deployment.
Director of Government Relations / Zoning
Manages relationships with municipalities, agencies, and zoning authorities across active markets. Advances rezoning and public-private strategy to reduce entitlement risk on the firm's land positions.
Director of Environmental / Due Diligence
Leads environmental review, entitlement due diligence, and land feasibility assessment. Manages the diligence process on prospective acquisitions to protect capital and de-risk entitlement.
Director of HR
Builds the people function for a growing Dallas-based investment and development team. Owns talent acquisition, culture, and organizational systems that scale with the platform.
Director of Entitlements & Permitting
Manages the permitting and entitlement approval process from application through issuance. Coordinates consultants and municipal staff to keep entitlement timelines on schedule across the portfolio.
